What is CRM Sync+

CRM Sync+ is PrimeRole's enhanced bulk push and enrichment system that allows you to move leads seamlessly from LinkedIn Sales Navigator into your CRM—fully enriched, validated, and de-duplicated.

Whether you're pushing 10 contacts or 100, CRM Sync+ handles the heavy lifting—ensuring clean, organized, and CRM-compliant data every time.

End-to-End Workflow

  1. Lead Selection from LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    • Apply filters and browse prospects in Sales Navigator.
    • Open the PrimeRole extension — it automatically loads up the profile shown in the sales navigator..
    • Select contacts (individually or all). Navigate between pages and the extension remembers selections — up to 100 contacts.
    • View selected contacts in “See All Selected” view and remove any if needed.

  1. CRM Status Check & Actions
    • For each contact, CRM Sync+ will show:
      • If the contact already exists in the CRM
      • If the contact is not present in the CRM
    • Using PrimeRole Extension, users will be able to perform the following actions:
      • Reveal contact info
      • Add to PrimeRole
      • Push to CRM as Lead or Contact

  1. Contact Enrichment Confirmation
    • When pushing to the CRM, PrimeRole will do contact enrichment first
    • After enrichment, PrimeRole automatically:
      • Matches each contact or lead to its account
      • Checks for a matching CRM account
      • Flags conflicts if multiple accounts are found
    • These conflicts must be solved by the user.

  1. Preview & Confirmation
    • Before pushing to CRM, users are shown a preview screen for contact and account mapping.

  • If an account is found, then the matched account will be shown on the account table header along with the CRM logo.

  • If a new accounts to be created, then on the account table header, "Creating new Account" will shown along with the new account name and a blacked out CRM logo.

  • If the account has conflicts such as multple accounts, then the user will need take action. There will be a notification at the top and the corresponding table will be highlighted.

  • After review, click create record — and all the enriched records will be pushed into the corresponding account in just one single click.

Error Handling & Validation

PrimeRole includes robust, user-friendly error management:

  • Pre-Push Validation:

    • Account Matching: Suggests linked CRM accounts
    • Duplicate Detection: Flags existing contacts
    • Data Formatting: Normalizes contact fields for CRM compatibility
  • Error Recovery

    • Missing Fields: Inline UI prompts to fill in required CRM fields
    • Permission Errors: Clear alerts if your CRM user doesn’t have contact creation rights
    • Duplicate Contacts: Auto-detection and removal of duplicates to prevent sync issues

Retry Mechanisms

CRM Sync+ supports both automatic and manual retries:

  • Automatic Retries: For temporary errors, with exponential backoff (up to 3 times)
  • Manual Retries: Re-trigger sync for selected contacts or batches
  • Live Status Feedback: Always see which contacts succeeded, failed, or need review
