How It Works

Define Your ICP or Persona Profiles

Build multiple ICP (Ideal Company Profiles) and Persona profiles tailored to your company's goals, sales playbooks, or GTM segments.

Assign a weight to each attribute and parameters (from -10 to +10) based on its relevance. This gives you full control over what "fit" means to your team.

Automatic Scoring on LinkedIn Profiles Once your profiles are defined, PrimeRole works in real-time:

When you view a LinkedIn profile (person or company), PrimeRole automatically compares the data against your saved ICPs or Personas.

A fitment score is instantly calculated using the weights and attributes you set.

You’ll see visual indicators like score out of 100 (e.g. 68 - Good, 100 - Excellent), making qualification instant and actionable.
